1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Willow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Willow is a website builder designed for licensed mental-health clinicians and private-practice therapists. The Service lets you publish a professional therapist website that lists your bio, specialties, fees, insurance, and a way for prospective clients to book a consultation. The Service is offered on a free tier and paid Growth, Group, and Managed plans.

3. Plans and Billing

The Free plan lets you publish a basic therapist website at willow-practice.com/@yourhandle using the Minimal template, at no cost and with no credit card required.

Current plans: Free ($0); Growth ($899 total, payable in full or in 6 or 12 monthly payments), which unlocks all five site templates, the AI Bio Studio, custom colors and fonts, guided custom domain and email setup, and analytics; Group ($1,499 total, payable in full or in 6 or 12 monthly payments; for practices of 3 to 5 therapists, with no extra seat charges); and Managed ($2,499 one time, or six monthly payments totaling $2,499; arranged by contacting us and approved for your account before purchase). Payment plans have no added financing fee. Optional Website Care is $59/month (Growth), $79/month (Group) or $99/month (Managed), is chosen separately after purchase, and can be cancelled at the end of the paid period without affecting the purchased website. Subscriptions that began on a Pro, Practice, or Network plan before these plans took effect continue on their existing terms and pricing until cancelled or changed. Legacy subscription changes follow their existing billing terms; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription billing periods.

Website purchases and Website Care

Growth ($899), Group ($1,499) and Managed ($2,499) are one-time purchases. You may pay in full. Growth and Group also offer 6 or 12 monthly payments with no added fee: Growth's 6-payment plan is five payments of $149.83 and one of $149.85; its 12-payment plan is eleven payments of $74.92 and one of $74.88. Group's 6-payment plan is five payments of $249.83 and one of $249.85; its 12-payment plan is eleven payments of $124.92 and one of $124.88. Managed continues to offer six payments of $416.50. Payments stop automatically after the selected schedule is complete; existing payment schedules are unchanged. By choosing installments you agree that the remaining payments are owed, and you can update your payment method but cannot cancel the remaining installments. Your purchase is confirmed only after Stripe verifies payment; returning from checkout does not confirm it. Group covers up to five therapists with no extra seat charges. Managed is available after we approve your account following a call.

Website Care is optional, is never added automatically, and is available only after your purchase is active: $59/month (Growth), $79/month (Group) or $99/month (Managed). Growth Care covers a monthly site review and updates; Group Care covers a monthly review and updates for the team. Managed Care covers a monthly site review, up to three site updates a month, Google Business Profile upkeep for eligible practices, and a response within one business day. You can cancel Website Care at any time; it ends at the close of the paid period and does not affect the website you purchased. Existing subscribers stay on their current billing until they contact support to migrate.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must not share your login credentials with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any content published on your therapist website. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you publish on your Willow site, including your bio, specialties, photos, fees, and any other practice information. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and serve that content as part of operating the Service.

If you cancel your account, your data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export anything you need.

6. Professional Responsibility

Willow is a publishing tool. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any information you publish, including license numbers, credentials, fees, insurance acceptance, and a Good Faith Estimate where required by law. The Service does not provide legal, clinical, or compliance advice. You are responsible for ensuring your site complies with applicable state licensing rules, advertising regulations, and the No Surprises Act.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to publish misleading clinical claims, to impersonate another clinician, to transmit harmful content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, or to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.

8. Limitation of Liability

Willow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
