Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Willow Practice ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Willow Practice is a website builder designed for licensed mental-health clinicians and private-practice therapists. The Service lets you publish a professional therapist website that lists your bio, specialties, fees, insurance, and a way for prospective clients to book a consultation. The Service is offered on a free tier and a paid Pro tier.

3. Plans and Billing

The Free plan lets you publish a basic therapist website at willow-practice.com/@yourhandle using the Minimal template, at no cost and with no credit card required.

The Pro plan is $49/month and unlocks all three site templates (Minimal, Warm, Modern), the AI Bio Studio, custom colors and fonts, and your own custom domain. You may upgrade or downgrade at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

The optional "Done for you" Concierge service adds a one-time $399 setup fee billed alongside your first month of Pro. The setup fee is refundable within 7 days of payment if work has not yet begun.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must not share your login credentials with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any content published on your therapist website. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you publish on your Willow Practice site, including your bio, specialties, photos, fees, and any other practice information. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and serve that content as part of operating the Service.

If you cancel your account, your data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export anything you need.

6. Professional Responsibility

Willow Practice is a publishing tool. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any information you publish, including license numbers, credentials, fees, insurance acceptance, and a Good Faith Estimate where required by law. The Service does not provide legal, clinical, or compliance advice. You are responsible for ensuring your site complies with applicable state licensing rules, advertising regulations, and the No Surprises Act.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to publish misleading clinical claims, to impersonate another clinician, to transmit harmful content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, or to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.

8. Limitation of Liability

Willow Practice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
