  2. Tell us about your practice

    Fill out a short intake form covering your practice brand, each clinician's bio, specialties, and what makes your team yours — about 20–30 minutes.

  3. We build everything

    Our team writes copy for the practice site and each individual therapist page, configures your custom domain, and prepares a draft for review.

  4. Your whole team goes live

    Practice site + every individual therapist page — all live together within two weeks. Your Group Practice subscription continues from there.

    Fill out a short intake form (about 15 minutes) covering your bio, specialties, and what makes your practice yours.

  3. We build your site

    Our team writes your copy, sets up your pages, and configures your custom domain. You'll get a draft to review.

  4. Launch

    We go live within two weeks. Your site continues on the annual Pro plan — cancel any time before the year renews.

One-time $199 setup fee, billed alongside your first year of Pro.

What's not included

We want you to start with the right expectations.

Photography or videography

We'll guide you on what to capture, but the actual shoot is on you. Phone photos work great for most therapists.

SEO or paid ads management

Your site ships SEO-ready, but ongoing optimization or running Google/Meta ads isn't part of this package.

Logo or brand identity design

If you don't have a logo we'll do simple wordmark typography. Full identity work is a separate engagement.

EHR, billing, or scheduling integrations

We'll embed your existing booking link (SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, etc.). We don't set up those tools for you.

Custom features or integrations

The site uses our standard therapist template. If you need something bespoke, let's talk before checkout.

Ongoing content or copy updates

After launch you'll edit your site yourself in the dashboard. We're happy to help with future updates as a separate project.

How long does it really take?
Two weeks from intake submission. Most sites launch in 7–10 business days. The clock starts when you finish the intake form, not when you check out — so the faster you fill it out, the faster you launch.
Does the group package include every therapist's page?
Yes. We write bios and build individual pages for every clinician on your roster. Everyone goes live together under your practice brand.
What happens after launch?
Your subscription continues and you take over editing in your dashboard. Each therapist can update their own page independently. You can cancel any time from your account settings.
What if I don't love the first draft?
Two rounds of revisions are included. We treat it like working with a designer — give us specific feedback and we'll iterate until it feels like you.
Can I bring my own domain?
Absolutely. We'll handle the DNS setup as part of the engagement. You just point your domain to us and we do the rest.
Do I need to provide photos?
A headshot is required for each therapist (uploaded during intake). Office photos are nice-to-have. If you don't have either yet, we can launch with placeholder imagery and swap in photos after the shoot.
